recommendations
To whom this may concern: October 30, 2001Please consider this a letter of highest recommendation for the ministry of Joe and Sara King. The Kings have ministered at Parker Christian Center on a number of occasions, most recently this past weekend. During their ministry with us this past weekend, the Lord did some amazing things in the lives of a number of those in our congregation!
Joe is an incredible musician, but even as great as Joe's music is, his anointing and humble desire to see God move in people's lives is even more evident. Joe and Sara will be a tremendous blessing to any congregation where they minister!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
I highly recommend Joe King for ministry in any local church willing to host him. His music is excellent, with a gentle and healing effect, free of any form of hype. Having performed and ministered in a wide variety of church traditions, he has a special sensitivity to the locale
that enables him to adapt to the rules and regulations of whatever church he ministers in. Joe's ministry is more than music. The words he shares during the concert are edifying and biblically sound, speaking to the needs of the people. The ministry times following his concerts are done with utmost courtesy and balance. Please consider an evening of fun and healing with Joe.
God bless,

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
This is to confirm to you that Joe King has visited the Horley Team of three churches of which I am Team Rector (senior pastor) in May and Nov '99; May '00; Oct '01 and Jul '02. each time he has put on a superb weekend for us. Usually we have had teaching and worship on Friday night or Saturday, a concert open to all other churches in the area on Saturday night and Joe has lead the service on Sunday morning and sometimes done a 'mater for the church worship groups.
His contribution to the spiritual growth both of individuals and the churches here has a whole throughout the last three years has been outstanding. Joe and his team of helpers have worked themselves into the ground over the weekends and we have benefited from amazing answers to his prayer ministry for healing, blessing and deliverance. The more reflective side of his songs and ministry has often touched lead to healing of long standing problems in people. most of the 12 adults recently baptised or rededicated by immersion, mentioned the impact of Joe on their lives as a part of their testimony.
I would recommend him un-reservedly to all churches who want to move forwards in the kingdom of God.
Yours in Christ's service,

St Lawrence, Tinsley are very grateful to Joe King who has supported us with really helpful ministry for a few years now. As regards the healing ministry, someone was physically healed of a broken wrist which had set wrong: it is now a straight and fully flexible. This clear physical healing inspires faith! Others have been set free from deep personal problems and oppressions. As regards his musical ministry, most of the church have been inspired to worship in a deep and intimate way through his songs and the way he leads them.
Yours in Jesus

Feedback from leaders
We have been staggered by the power of Joe's ministry. Many of us felt God's touch in a way far deeper than we have known before. His music has a powerful anointing, so often touching on areas of people's lives that nothing else is able to do. I would highly commend him as a humble and godly man with a very special gift.
Crispin Fairbairn, Caversham Hill Chapel.
Your ministry has meant such a lot to so many people. One lady said it was the most significant time for her since becoming a Christian twelve years ago! There has been a definite raising of the spiritual temperature for us all. There is greater individual freedom and sense of worth. We are already talking of having you up again.
Steve Downes, Eden Christian Fellowship.
Joe, whose great strength is his own vulnerability, responded sensitively and flexibly to the particular needs of our fellowship which elicited a great response and bore much fruit.
Rev. John Walker, Calverley Parish Church
A very helpful and productive time, people felt that they had moved on and really learned. Many people experienced a sense of things that had been 'locked up', being released and experienced 'truth setting them free'. The time was a good blend of theory and practice, a foundation was laid, from which people could do some 'hands-on' stuff.
Jim Haley, Hemsworth Christian Fellowship.
Joe King brought a breath of fresh air to our worship. His unorthodox methods took some by surprise. Many found deep release through the team's personal prayer ministry. We praise God for what He is doing through Joe and his team.
Rev. Keith Anderson, St. Wilfreds Horley.
Joe sensitively and lovingly lead us in worship, until our barriers came down and we were open to the loving heart of God, healing, refreshing and restoring us.
Candy Hadler, Christian Dance Fellowship of Britain.
A number of people have commented how refreshing it was to hear a 'warts and all' account of life and the fact that even in the 'downs' God is there.
Andy Messer, TheOaks, Dronfield.
I have received a lot of really positive feedback.....everybody who was there has really benefited from the day. Our worship is a lot freer and a lot more adventurous than it has been for quite some time, and quite a large number of people responded when the opportunity for ministry was given.
Neil George, Vale Community Church.
The Concert was certainly a real success and I keep hearing good things being said about it. ... the other engagements you had are all being very highly spoken about. Someone said to me "I went to everything that Joe did and it was great". You touched many and I want to thank God for you and all that you did.
Sheila Mouna, The Willows Trust.
The public concert touched many lives - not only those who made a commitment to Christ. Many were prayed for and experienced inner healing. The songs were ministering to many that I knew personally. The concert did a lot for unity and working together amongst the churches. The seminars were really helpful. We have sought to continue to move in the power of praise alongside prayer, as you encouraged us and we are seeing breakthroughs. I was personally blessed and encouraged, and felt supported and built up, as did many others. We feel sure we will be inviting you up again.
Mervyn Cooke, Lochalsh Christian Fellowship.
Thank you for all you gave and left with us. We are so thankful for all that God is doing in people's lives, enabling us to draw close to Him and one another.... We are feeling more confident to express our worship wholeheartedly in whatever form is appropriate for each of us.
Rev. Jonathan Vickery, St. Edmund's Church.
