Chronic sinus infection and a broken foot
"You had an altar call. All I was thinking about was my sinuses! You were so concerned about my foot but that wasn't why I was at the altar. You prayed for my sinuses, then said, "I'm going to pray for your foot anyway". I was under the power of God and didn't care at this point what you prayed for. I was feeling wonderful. As you began to squeeze the foot I was getting ready to recoil from the pain but noticed that it didn't hurt!!!! I was stunned!!! The next day all the swelling was gone!!!! All the bruising was gone!!! The cut was almost totally gone. I was able to wear a shoe and walk like nothing had happened!!! Praise God!!!! I drove to the prisons and had an incredible testimony to share and every one was blessed!! Even my child-care parents who are not saved, couldn't dismiss the condition they saw me in. God is awesome!! Thank you for being a vessel God can pour into and spill out of onto many!!"

Rheumatoid Arthritis
"Thank you so much for praying for me. I am the lady with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have stopped taking a low dose, anti-depressant, that my doctor put me on. Because of the pain, I was not sleeping. I have been sleeping really well since the w/e and I feel that I really don't need it any more. I woke up today, feeling fresh and wide-awake, I cannot remember the last time I felt this good. Lately I have been really struggling with feeling tired all the time, and that has gone, praise God!! I KNOW that something broke inside, I felt it go! And I feel so different, light and free and confident that God is at work in me, and He has not finished yet!! I am continuing to take the other medication at present, and when necessary I will talk to my doctor, before I stop anything else. I felt very comfortable and safe with you, as you prayed for me, and God's presence was very strong, Thank you so much."

Arthritis
"I had been finding it harder and harder to walk; my doctor said I had arthritis in my hips. Now I don't have any pain from it. I was taking pain relievers and other natural remedies every day, throughout the day. I haven't taken anything since that night. I had been struggling with unforgiveness against a friend but I was blocked. When you identified the arthritis with unforgiveness, it made so much sense to me. As you prayed, God healed me of both unforgiveness in my heart and arthritis in my body. Over the next few days, I physically felt better and better. Then, I was able to wash the feet of my friend as an act of commissioning her for a missionary trip to Africa and to pray for her." (At the same time this lady was also healed of irritable bowel syndrome).

Epilepsy, partial blindness
"For 39 years, from the age of 11, I had suffered badly from epilepsy. Following years of different drug treatments, all that was left was an operation. I had at times 6 fits a day before this operation but even following it the fits returned. Then I was offered a new drug which I took for ten years. In October 1999 I was told by the specialist to come off these drugs as they had caused partial blindness. He said, "It's either epilepsy or you go blind - your choice". One Sunday in November 1999 I went to a church where I met Joe king. He walked down the middle isle and came up to me saying, "You are in need of healing". His hand touched my head and as I opened my eyes something had happened. I felt a true indwelling of God's Spirit and a healing touch. In January I went to see the epilepsy specialist. He could not believe what had happened. I was off all drugs and the fits had gone. Now I Praise God for His mighty power and healing in my life."

"I had a swimming accident in my ¢teens, causing me to undergo three unsuccessful operations on my back. I was about to go for a fourth and had been told that if it was unsuccessful, I might end up in a wheelchair. I was really fearful. You prayed once and nothing happened, but on praying against a spirit of fear, there was a violent reaction from an evil spirit, causing my whole body to contort. Within minutes the Holy Spirit evicted the evil presence and I realised I had been healed. The next months saw me battle to hang onto my healing, as the devil doesn't let go easily. I am now totally healed!"

Osteoporosis
"You prayed for a woman called Jean Martin. She was deaf and was suffering from osteoporosis. She has excellent hearing at the moment. Her ear bones are normal. (ear bones can often crumble with osteoporosis). The medics can find no trace of any osteoporosis and report that she has bones in the same condition as a woman in her early twenties. She is hopping around like an excited child - celebrating and telling everyone who will listen how she's been healed."

"One woman was healed from psoriasis. It had been very bad at the time and after you prayed for her she was up all night scratching and feeling terrible irritation. Migraines
I had suffered from migraines for 50 years. They deeply affected me and my family, as nearly every weekend I was in bed. Joe had sensed I needed some ministry regarding rejection and other issues. As Joe and two other team members began to minister to me, a lot of pain surfaced. I had been sexually abused as a child and this was the first time I had been able to speak about it and forgive the men who had done this to me. For many years I had not even remembered this had happened. To be able to release those memories and give them to Jesus, has released me in ways I would have never thought possible. As they prayed into these issues of guilt, etc., it was as if a band around my head began to tighten. It was very painful. They prayed that the Holy Spirit would break its power. Suddenly it broke and I felt great relief.
Since my deliverance, I have not had one migraine. I used to get about 6 per month.
I have felt very different in many areas of my life. Others have also commented on how changed I am. Out of my deliverance has come a greater authority to pray for people who have the same condition as myself. Thank you Jesus, for releasing me.

Fibromyalgia
1st Prayer Ministry Session - The idea that Jesus was so good to me, in sending you over 5000 miles to help me in the deliverance of demons that were killing me slowly, is very powerful. I am still doing very well. My hips, back and throat are feeling a 100% better, thanks to God. I know that seed was planted, and God is not thru yet.
2nd Prayer Ministry Session - When I got home from the retreat I could not think only 60% was done because I felt so much better after being delivered from many demons. I could not have known that the Masonry organization that my Father and Uncle belonged to has so many curses attached to it. I feel that God did the other 40% of healing that he started in the 1st session. The reason I say I am totally healed is because my body does not feel the Fibromyalgia. My husband has never been interested in what goes on at church. He is normally angry towards me over God when I arrive home.
My ministry time had taken so long, that he called the husband of one of the ladies that was at the meeting, to see where I was because he was worried about me. Somehow, this is the first time I was not afraid to go home. When I got home, for the first time ever he was not angry but said in a soft voice, 'boy that must have been some meeting.' He was worried about me and He has never been concerned about what goes on at church. Today, he has been very pleasant to me and has no anger towards me over God. I feel God will deal with him now, I really believe this). All the people at church have seen a big change in me already. I can now read the Bible with a new, exiting and clear vision. I just love Jesus and know he loves me more.

IBS & Asthma
I wanted healing from my fear and lack of self-esteem and discovered from Joe's teaching that it was linked with my IBS and Asthma. I had a lot of pain in my tummy and it helped me to get up there and get prayer. As they prayed, we discovered lies that I had been told as a child and had been clinging onto, lies that I was fat, ugly and stupid. As I was prayed for, I lost control and it was like God and something else inside me were fighting for control over me. I fixed my thoughts on God and tried to let go of the fear. Something came out of me, and then I cried as I realised just what the lies had been doing to me, and as I felt God's love for me. Then I knew I was beautiful to God. That God would go to so much trouble to fight for me, was so amazing. Oh! and the pain in my tummy has gone.
Since then I have had more prayer for other things in my life that were built upon the original fear and got rid of them too. My IBS has been a little better, but the most amazing thing has been just the way I feel. I think I am the happiest I have ever been. Loads of people have noticed a difference. Proof of change, was me standing at the front of church and saying what God had been doing in my life, and not feeling any fear at all. There is no way I would normally do this! Me and God are not going to stop until I'm totally free.
In telling my mum (who also has Asthma and IBS) about all my experiences, she has started on her own road to healing!
Praise God for being so awesomely powerful and overwhelmingly loving!! And thank you to Joe and his team for being open and willing to be used by God in such a powerful way.

Broken Wrist

Breast cancer & stomach condition
"I went to the doctor with breast pain expecting him to say it was an infection only to be told he was referring me to a consultant. After many tests he was still uncertain as to the nature of the lump and asked to see me in six weeks. The following weekend was the 'Joe King Weekend'. The concert was wonderful, a real opportunity for praise and worship. At the end Joe asked anyone who wanted prayer to come forward. Whilst the team prayed for me I had a sense of calm but also a sense of waiting for something special to happen. The next day I realised I had had a good nights sleep without any pain, the first in two months. I had a feeling of joy and a sense of physical wellbeing I hadn't experienced in a long time. I spent the next few days either laughing or crying. The tears were of release and healing. I returned to see the consultant and had yet more tests done. These were remarkably pain free unlike the first lot. I was given the news that the lump is benign. I now think it was a double healing. The squeezing I felt in my stomach as you prayed was related to a long standing stomach problem. I haven't had any problems since the day at Swansea."

Osteoarthiritis & Depression
Thank you Jesus for the Joe King weekend. I went to the front for Joe to pray with me. I have suffered from depression for the last thirteen years and severe back-ache (osteoarthiritis) for the last three years. I hated my self and Joe thought this may be the cause of my back pain. When Joe and his team prayed for me some evil spirits came out. then the pain in my back went. I could walk without my walking sticks for the first time in three years. I would not say I was healed completely but well on my way. I still get some pain and ups and downs but I meet with my vicar Keith and his wife, Sue, who pray with me each week for God to continue his work in me. Thank you Joe and your team for the wonderful work you do in God's name.

Fractured Ankle
Harry is 82 years. He came along to the healing weekend, hobbling to a pew near the back of Church. He had fractured his ankle and it wasn't healing. The doctor at the hospital said he would need lots of physio to get it moving. He was prayed for during the service. Early in the week he returned to the hospital for a check-up. On removing the bandage he was able to move it 'no problem' and the doctor said it was completely well. Harry testified at the front of church the following Sunday and gave us a demonstration by twisting and turning his ankle every way possible.

Food allergies, eczema ….
"Our youngest son Jake… (20months old) was prayed for whilst he slept in his buggy.
Since birth right up to the morning service, he has suffered from food allergies, resulting in weight loss, almost non existent appetite, irritability, eczema type rashes, night sweats and sleep awakening of 4 to 10 times every night. He is prescribed anti-allergy synthetic milk-substitute and rarely eats any solid food. After the service he not only ate his dinner for the first time but also successfully scrounged from his mother's, brother's and grandfather's plate as well! His appetite has since astounded us. He is like a hungry sparrow; his mouth open all the time! Friends and family have remarked on his newfound eating habits, brighter mood and fuller appearance. His eczema has become much less severe, he has ceased to have night sweats and we are now enjoying a full nights sleep!… How wonderful it is to see him enjoying eating for the first time in his life and becoming a contented, happy, sleeping!!! little boy full of energy and life. What a miracle."

Ovarian cysts
Anita came forward for prayer for cysts on her ovaries. Joe prayed for her persistently. A few weeks later she went to the hospital for a scan and the cysts had disappeared.

Scoliosis
When we were in Colorado Springs, our hostess received an emergency phone call from California to say that her best friend, who was having a major operation on her spine (Scoliosis), was dying. The surgeons had to break her spine in two places and remove five ribs, but the operation had gone wrong. We were asked to pray and later received a call to say that the lady was up and walking about! Within two days, she had left hospital!

Glue ear
Pastor Steve Shafer, leader of New Life Temple, Denver phoned us to say that we'd prayed persistently for a little girl who had chronic health problems. One of her problems was glue ear, so severe that if it became infected, she needed intra venous antibiotics (injections) as the oral medication just didn't work. At her doctor's appointment that week they were amazed to find her ears were clear, totally unclogged from the mucus that caused the problem.

Old person in a 'vegetable state'
A lady asked for prayer for her dad who was very ill in a nursing home and was due to be discharged to her home. She could not bear the thought of coping financially and emotionally with a loved one who was in a vegetative state unable to communicate. I prayed for her situation, but with little faith. The next day she visited her father and was told that his case had been reviewed and he could stay longer! She played some songs from 'Next To You' to her dad and the effect was, in her words, "staggering". He began to speak for the first time in a long while and generally became more responsive. The medical staff were amazed! Since then, his progress has been incredible, he now is reading. One senior nurse who had been away for some weeks said to the lady. "Do you remember how poorly your father was just before I went on holiday. I honestly thought he would have died whilst I was away. I couldn't believe it when saw him still there on my return. Now look at him beetling around in his wheelchair!"

Legs
Iris had 2 operations on her brain to remove growths. This has resulted in a poor short-term memory and caused her walking to be slow, shuffling and painful. We laid hands on her and prayed. She says now she felt something going on in her legs. During the following week the range of movement in her legs and arms increased considerably. She is telling everyone of this improvement and the shuffle is now no longer necessary. My friend (her neighbour) said she was walking further and more quickly than she has managed for years. Her whole demeanour has changed. She seems full of life!

Sinusitis and Back Problems
A church administrator who had helped organise the weekend, was taken ill with severe sinusitis and back problems the day we arrived. She missed the whole weekend. Just before leaving, the vicar asked us to go to her home and pray for her. As we prayed, both she and her husband were flat out on the floor under God's power. God healed her of both conditions. It was great to see the Holy Spirit turning the tables on the robbery the enemy had attempted by her missing the blessing God was pouring out on the rest of the church.

"Last year when Joe King was at St. Catherine's, I attended a service and people began falling down. I was disgusted and felt this could not be right, and was not for me. I could have walked out. For a while now I have been having lots of trouble with my hearing, and sinuses, and visited specialists but nothing seemed to help me. On the Sunday morning during the service I felt myself shaking and got hold of Margaret's hand. When we were asked to come down to the front of the church to be prayed for, I knew I had to go down ...I couldn't hear any of the prayers but felt myself swaying backwards and forwards, then I felt a deep emotion inside of me and started sobbing. Then I just heard the person who prayed say "Thank you, Jesus". I felt dazed as I went back to my seat. Margaret had gone down on the floor and when I saw that happen to her I thought, this must be right as she is a really great Christian and I have faith in her. When I went to bed Sunday night, I still couldn't hear good at all. Monday morning when I got up I just couldn't believe my hearing was (and still is) great. I rang Margaret at 8:15 am, to tell her my good news that I could hear and now I believe. Thank you Jesus, I knew it was you."

Dry eyes
On hearing "Next to You" a lady who had not been able to physically cry because she suffered from a condition called 'dry eyes' began to naturally cry tears for the first time in years.

A lady was partially healed of multiple sclerosis (M.S.). As she sensed new freedom in her limbs, she and her husband began a slow ballroom-style dance in the area where the prayer-ministry had taken place.

Broken hand
At a Saturday night concert, a young lady with a hand broken early in childhood was healed. She had little strength or feeling in the hand and was unable to grasp properly. I was speaking at the church on the Sunday morning and the girl stood up and waved her healed hand in the air to joyful applause.

A non-christian gentleman was prayed for. He said he had a bad back and damaged sciatic nerve. He rang the centre (where the event took place) the following day, to say he was greatly relieved of pain and had feeling in his foot for the first time in ages.

Nose!
"For some time I have had trouble with my nose. I have had three operations, one of which went wrong. As a result of this the cartilage is collapsing, my nose is changing shape and I am very conscious of it. I work in the junior department of a primary school in Crawley and my nose is commented upon by the pupils. I have also been unable to breath through my nose for a long time. As I drove home after the Joe King concert last week I suddenly realised that I was breathing through my nose without difficulty. Since then my nose has 'popped' on a number of occasions. Something is happening. I am not healed but the healing has begun. Praise God!"

Migraines
"I have been a migraine sufferer for about twenty years or more!!! My ministry time was amazing. I have not had a migraine since!! Usually on holiday I have to take Imigran tablets about two to three times a week sometimes. This time I did not have to take one and no migraines! I've not had one since coming home either."
(We have since heard that this lady has had a recurrence of the migraines, so we felt it only right to give you an honest update.)"They are not as bad or as frequent. The odd thing is that I can get one if I am training at the conference centre in the conference room or leading other events but not when I am there for anything else, including our Praise and Prayer evenings which I don't usually lead. To be migraine free on holiday and after for a while, was amazing. Thank you for your interest."

Stiff neck
"I have been suffering with a stiff neck and aching shoulders for some years now and the doctor sent me for physiotherapy but it was relieved for a short time, however it really has been getting to me of late. I am always a hot person, never feeling the cold and too hot always in the summer. When we returned home after your concert, I felt cold. I started to heat the kettle for a hot water bottle and then started to shiver. As I filled the bottles, the shivering grew worse. I took my clothes off and the shivering then was quite violent, my teeth were chattering and I was shaking all over and I couldn't stop. I was icy cold I snuggled down into bed with hot water bottles and in the morning - wait for it ----- the stiffness in my shoulder and neck had gone!!!!!! Yippee!!!!"

Release of tongues
On the Sunday evening when I was praying, I started to think in tongues - which I had never heard of before!! so didn't even know if it was le-git!! Then it happened again on Monday. On Wednesday, I asked housegroup if it was ok, and they said it was, and so I had the courage to speak in tongues out loud!!! Tongues is not a gift I have ever prayed for or even considered for me, but it is cool!!!

Release & Renewal
I got a really renewed sense of God's presence and power. I was cleansed of much persistent unrighteousness especially in my mind, by the casting out of spirits of freemasonry and envy, which I wasn't aware of before. I was given a greater level of patience, compassion and understanding and a greatly enhanced ability to ask God for stuff about people in words, pictures, etc. This all seems to be bearing out in ministry/witnessing opportunities this week. It was awesome to start exercising the giftings that have lain dormant in me through praying in the way that Joe was suggesting. It was just fantastic to see the power of the Holy Spirit working so awesomely for the Kingdom.

New touch of God
Joe asked people to come up for prayer if they were the sort of person who doesn't feel the Holy Spirit, if their normal expectation was that if there was 100,000 people around them, all getting touched by God then nothing would be happening to them. (Well, that's me.) So I went up for prayer. The backs of my legs started shaking and this was before we had started praying. Boy was I shaking. That sort of thing just doesn't happen to me.

Financial release
Six of us volunteered to model prayer ministry under Joe's direction to the rest of the participants. We split into 2 groups of 3. I felt the heat of the Holy Spirit as soon as they started praying for me which I was really thankful for because it shows how God can minister even when you are in an unnatural workshop setting being used to demonstrate to others. Joe prayed over me against anxiety and for the release of finance and prophesied that God would give our family "a season of provision like we have never known before".
In the last 5 days there has been additional income from our tenants that we had not accounted for of £240 plus an additional £28.00 monthly. We have also received gifts totalling £95.00. Praise the Lord!

"A lady was brought forward by one of the church leaders at Sheffield who told a team member, Anne, that the lady didn't want to be touched as she was being prayed for. She hadn't been touched for about four years, not even by her husband. Anne prayed that it would be God who would touch her. Immediately Anne began to pray, the lady fell to the floor. Anne knelt beside her and she crawled into Anne's lap, weeping her heart out. Later her husband came to the front and asked me , "I'rn looking for my wife". There were quite a few people lying on the floor under the power of the Holy Spirit. Eventually he saw her with Anne, "That"s amazing" he said. "She doesn't let anyone touch her, not even me". Later, the couple left walking hand in hand down the aisle! I said to the vicar. "Well it's quicker and cheaper than Relate!"."

We prayed for a lady who seemed to be crushed by life. We asked the Holy Spirit to open her up and make her feel loved. We prayed for about fifteen minutes and towards the end of our time together she slowly lifted her head. When we'd stopped praying she said, "Were you lifting my head?" We assured her that we hadn't but she said "Well, someone was". I said, "Well, He is called 'The Lifter of Your Head' ". We could have withdrawn after about five minutes of prayer because nothing appeared to be happening, but because we'd hung in there with God, the girl's natural defences had softened and there was tangible evidence of God working.

When we get desperate, we often take risks and that is when miracles can begin. As we prayed, she almost took off, jumping for joy, continually repeating, "Oh, thank you Jesus".

The last person we prayed for in the building was the vicar. As we prayed, he began to 'pogo' round the area of the church, legs together, eyes closed. Three or four minutes later he collapsed to the floor. We felt God leading us to pray for him to be like a warrior, so that he would carry through what God had been doing over the weekend. Amazingly, one of the group praying had been a missionary in Africa and had seen the Masai tribe doing exactly what the vicar had done, just before they went into battle.

I invited people forward for prayer on the Saturday afternoon and a woman called Shelia Wipp came forward whom God began a healing in after years of buried hurt. As I commenced praying for her, the Holy Spirit began to touch the bottled up emotions and it was as if the bottle cracked. She began to scream incredibly loudly. About 3/4 hour later, she opened her eyes and asked why she was laying on the floor. As we explained everything God had been leading her through, she said she wasn't aware of anything that had been going on, certainly not screaming the place down! Also another woman was healed of athsma but has many other problems in her life.
